Like adults, children need ways to release stress, and yoga is a perfect outlet! Not only does it teach ways to channel both negative and positive energy, it allows the child – regardless of their individual physical abilities – to develop greater strength of both mind and body.


In The Mix now offers its own unique ITM Kids’ Yoga, run by a certified Kids’ Yoga instructor, which intertwines the foundation of yoga with stories, music and props. It’s a lot of fun and very creative, but we place great emphasis on health awareness, self-confidence, compassion and tolerance for others. We also help children find ways to relax through techniques involving understanding their own breathe and developing a better awareness of their bodies.
