Jackie Schwarz - Founder
Bachelors of Education from McGill University, professional dancer and yoga instructor, founded In The Mix. Determined to fill a void, Jackie developed a program that could reach our youth, despite any economic, disability or geographic limitations. Today, she is in 100's schools, community centers, charities and daycare centers. By fostering artistic abilities in a highly creative environment, we produce happier, healthier and more self –confident individuals.

Sukhmani Bhardwaj- Franchise Owner Brampton, Oakville and Mississauga
She has a Master’s in Business Administration and has over 10 years’ experience in teaching and customer service. She specializes in providing superior and seamless customer service. But according to Sukhmani, her best qualification is that of a being a mother to two beautiful children. She has an instinct to connect well with children and motherhood has bought the best out of her.
Dance and music have been a large part of her life since an early age. She was an active member of the dance and dramatics group throughout her school and university years.
Sukhmani is very passionate about spreading the love of dance and music to children and more so, to make it more accessible. She strongly feels that dance and music are a great way to inspire and instil creativity among children.
Emma Murphy- Region Manager West - Halton Hills, Cambridge, Guelph, Kichener
Emma comes to In the Mix with over 10 years experience as an
elementary school teacher, as well as managing and programming childrens' day
camps. Emma’s passions lie in all things health, wellness and fitness.
Her combination of experience with children coupled with a strong
entrepreneurial spirit make her an excellent fit for the In the Mix program.
She lives in Halton with her husband and two children and is thrilled to be bringing this innovative program to children in her region and beyond.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of education from University of Toronto.
Natasha Giroux - Program Director
Natasha attended George Brown College where she took Commercial Dance Studies and also began to develop a passion for yoga. Upon graduating from GBC, Natasha auditioned and got accepted into The Young Americans College of the Performing Arts in California. After her year spent studying and specializing in not only dance but acting and singing as well, Natasha travelled the world with the Young Americans teaching Music outreach programs to kids. Natasha had the privilege of teaching children in over 8 different countries including Japan, Germany and the USA. To date, Natasha has taught thousands of children and will continue to inspire kids through her passion for In the Mix.
June Marino - Operations Manager
June, A mother of four from Durham Region, came to us with 30 plus years in business operations, sales, development and marketing. Her experience covered a broad range of specialties such as graphic design, retail management, fine arts instructor and high tech solutions for fortune 500 companies. An entrepreneur at heart, she has been instrumental in the creation and launch of several successful start up ventures.
June has been pivotal in the direction and growth of this fantastic company that continues to feed off community demand and children's love of dance. Her passion, is to ensure healthy growth of this company that delivers focused attention to every child we meet. She strives to consistantly improve our internal and external operaton to ultimately extend our reach and provide a positive and prosperous work environment for all involved.
